        Les travaux de réalisation du nouveau casier de stockage des déchets en rehausse et appui sur le site 3 comprendront:

        — la préparation du fond de forme Sud, notamment la mise en œuvre d"une couche de réglage afin d"obtenir une surface plane avec une pente minimale de 4 %, orientée Nord-Ouest,

        — l"aménagement de la digue de blocage Sud sur une hauteur d"environ 10 m à 15 m, selon le profil de stabilité retenu,

        — l"aménagement d"une piste d"exploitation en aval,

        — la reconstitution d"une barrière d"étanchéité passive au niveau du fond de forme sur terrain naturel,

        — la mise en œuvre du dispositif d"étanchéité et de drainage (DEDG),

        — la mise en œuvre du réseau de drainage et de collecte des lixiviats,

        — la réalisation du bassin de stockage des lixiviats,

        — la réalisation de l"aménagement du réseau pluvial,

        — la modification partielle du réseau de collecte de biogaz existant sur le site 3,

        — le déplacement de la torchère actuelle (démontage, déplacement, remontage et mise en service),

        — réaliser les collecteurs secondaires du site 3 au moyen de fossés trapézoïdaux avec membrane bitumineuse protégée par un béton bitumineux,

        — réaliser les collecteurs primaires du site 3 (entonnements en béton, conduites en PEHD),

        — réaliser les raccordements nécessaires au réseau pluvial interne déjà existant du site 3,

        — réaliser le détournement du réseau incendie.
