        Chiffre d"affaires minimum requis (moyenne sur les trois dernières années 2014-2015-2016): — 1 000 000 euros HT pour les BET TCE et les groupements de BET — Lots 1 & 2, — 350 000 euros HT pour les BET spécialistes — Lots 3 & 4. Des regroupements de structures étant possibles, le total des chiffres d"affaires doit représenter les minima spécifiés ci-dessus. Les opérateurs économiques sont autorisés à se porter candidat sous forme de groupement coordonné par un mandataire. Les candidats ne pourront se présenter en agissant à la fois en qualité de candidats individuels et de membres d"un groupement.         Les lots 1 et 2 s"adressent à des bureaux d"études Tous Corps d"Etat ou des groupements de bureaux d"études coordonné par un mandataire comprenant au minimum les 3 composantes structure, fluides (Certification NF Habitat HQE Cerqual) et économie. Les lots 3 et 4 s"adressent à des bureaux d"études spécialistes. Pour soumissionner aux Lots 1 et 3, les candidats devront impérativement être formés au référentiel NF Habitat HQE de Cerqual (fourniture d"une attestation de formation, d"une attestation de reconnaissance « Référent Maîtrise d"Suvre ou tout autre document attestant de la formation Cerqual). La liste des qualifications exigées est détaillée dans le règlement de consultation. Si le candidat est objectivement dans l"impossibilité de fournir les renseignements ou les pièces listées, il peut prouver sa capacité et ses ressources par tout moyen considéré comme approprié et probant par l"Acheteur.
