         La présente consultation concerne l"entretien du stade R Bobin comprenant des prestations de type tontes, arrosage, fertilisation, désherbage, démoussage, défeutrage, remise en ordre après jeu, etc sur la pelouse d"honneur du stade ainsi que ses abords directs, sur le terrain stabilisé, l"aire de lancer de marteau, l"aire de lancer de poids et les 4 terrains de tennis. La consultation en appel d"offres ouvert est soumise aux dispositions des articles 66 à 68 et 78 du décret nº 2016-360 du 25.3.2016. Il s"agit d"un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec un minimum annuel de 40 000 EUR HT et un maximum annuel de 100 000 EUR HT, passé en application des articles 78 et 80 du décret nº 2016-360 du 25.3.2016 relatif aux marchés publics. Il s"agit d"un marché unique à prix unitaires à bons de commande. Il n"est pas prévu de décomposition en tranches ni en lots.
