         La présente consultation vise à la passation d"un accord-cadre ayant pour objet des prestations de protection sociale complémentaire santé dans le cadre d"un contrat groupe à adhésion obligatoire pour la formule «standard», et facultative pour la formule «Confort», pour les salariés et les ayants droits de RTM Ouest Métropole. Le régime actuel couvre environ 144 salariés cotisant pour la formule standard, dont 39 salariés cotisant pour la formule confort, soit plus de 317 bénéficiaires comprenant environ 62 conjoints et 111 enfants. Le régime vise les salariés actifs sous contrat à duréé indéterminée ou sous contrat à durée déterminée.
