         Le marché proposé est un marché de prestations intellectuelles. Il s"agit d"un accord-cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande sans minimum annuel, ni maximum annuel passé pour une période d"1 an à compter de la date de notification du marché. Il est susceptible d"être reconduit 3 fois, par décision tacite du pouvoir adjudicateur, à la date anniversaire de la notification du marché. Sa durée maximale ne pourra excéder quatre ans. Selon les dispositions de l"article 16 du décret nº 2016-360 du 25.3.2016, le titulaire du marché ne pourra pas refuser la reconduction. La non reconduction du pouvoir adjudicateur ne pourra donner lieu à une indemnisation. En cas de non reconduction, le titulaire en sera informé expressément 2 mois avant la date anniversaire de la notification du marché. Le délai d"exécution des prestations sera fixé dans chaque bon de commande. Les bons de commande pourront être émis pendant toute la durée de validité du marché.
