Le marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commandes avec un minimum fixé en valeur à 50 000 EUR HT et sans maximum. À titre indicatif, la région est abonnée à 159 titres pour un volume global de 352 exemplaires. Le nombre de titres et d"exemplaires peut varier à la hausse ou à la baisse en cours d"exécution, dans la limite de 30 % du portefeuille initial, sans que le titulaire puisse prétendre à des indemnités. Le portefeuille de titre mis à jour sera transmis à la région après chaque modification.
