         La consultation porte sur une opération de réhabilitation thermique de 336 logements du groupe Mortier situé 56 bd Mortier, 3 rue Victor Dejeante, 1 rue Delaure et 418 rue Maurice Berteaux à Paris 20e.

         S"agissant d"une opération de réhabilitation, les marchés subséquents pourront porter notamment sur les études de diagnostic et sur la mission de base loi MOP et prendront en compte les résultats des études de diagnostic et les précisions et évolutions du programme qui en découlent.

         Le programme répond aux ambitions suivantes:

         — réhabilitation énergétique Plan Climat,

         — amélioration de l"adaptabilité et optimisation de logements contraints,

         — concertation locataires avec opération tiroir.

         La consultation s"adresse à un candidat (individuel ou en groupement) devant disposer des compétences en matière d"architecture.

         La mission débutera fin du 3e trimestre 2018.
