        Les barquettes chaudes PP sont destinées à recevoir des préparations chaudes (viandes, poissons, légumes, féculents etc.) elles devront être compatibles avec des remises en températures soit:

        — en chariots ventilés ou thermo contact,

        — en fours,

        — en armoires,

        — en micro-ondes.

        Elles doivent résister à des températures de -25o C a +130 oC sans déformation, ni altération. Elles doivent être compatibles avec l"ensemble du matériel utilisé par les établissements (annexe 1 au CCP: état du parc). Nb: le CH de Lodève en liaison chaude et n"utilise pas de thermoscelleuse.
