        Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation de campagnes générales de mesures visant à fournir à l"agence de l"eau les éléments nécessaires à l"établissement de la redevance pour pollution de l"eau d"origine non domestique des établissements de type industriel du bassin Seine-Normandie. Les campagnes générales de mesure sont réalisées sur les rejets des établissements industriels avant tout dispositif de dépollution (in situ et/ou ex situ). Elles consistent à mesurer les quantités d"éléments constitutifs de la pollution produits par la ou les activités du site industriel pendant une durée représentative et à déterminer les unités des grandeurs caractérisant chaque activité. Les prestations comprennent une enquête préliminaire puis une campagne générale de mesures, réalisées sur le site industriel.
