         Fourniture des blocs micro-usinés doubleurs 300 GHz, doubleurs 600 GHz, mixer 1 200 GHz et guides d"ondes 600 et 1 200 GHz, modèles QM, FM et FS pour le projet spatial SWI JUICE développé conjointement entre le CNRS, l"observatoire de Paris et le CNES.

         Les produits sont fabriqués selon un procédé exclusif permettant de garantir les spécifications dimensionnelles de blocs micromécaniques en alliage d"aluminium et en titane fonctionnant dans le domaine térahertz avec un traitement de surface répondant aux exigences de qualification spatiale requise pour le projet JUICE-SWI.

         Les modèles acquis par le CNRS doivent être issus de la même technologie que ceux acquis par le CNES afin de respecter la logique de développement du projet et garantir les performances des matériels critiques puisqu"il s"agit des détecteurs de l"instrument spatial.

         4 types de blocs micro-usinés seront à produire; ils constituent les supports connectorisés qui accueilleront les dispositifs Schottky, les circuits d’accord passifs et substrats; ils sont dénommés ci-dessous:

         — D300-X1 doubleur 150-300 pour la chaîne 600 GHz,

         — D300-X2 doubleur 150-300 pour la chaîne 1 200 GHz,

         — D600 doubleur 300-600 pour la chaîne 1 200 GHz,

         — SHM1200 mixer subharmonique pour la chaîne 1200 GHz.

         Le SHM1200 est livré avec son support d"amplificateur, dénommé SA 1200 et son boîtier de régulation d"alimentation, dénommé RA 1200 en quantités distinctes.

         Une liaison guide d’onde permettant de connecter l’étage basse fréquence (150 GHz) et haute fréquence et de les isoler thermiquement sera également micro-usiné.

         Le matériau de cette pièce sera un alliage de titane, il comportera un guide d’onde doré; il sera à fournir pour les chaînes 600 et 1 200 GHz.
